To return a product, you only need to perform a self-service return operation in your personal account within 14 days from the date of product delivery, or contact our customer service team to submit a return request. You need to return the product in its original packaging without any damage or traces of use. After the product is returned, it will be inspected by XC's external factory. We will provide returns and exchanges only after passing the inspection. Also return the undamaged product along with the original invoice and original packaging.
If the product is returned within the aforementioned time period, we will replace it or refund you to your original method of payment. We will promptly refund you after receiving the returned product, but the specific time for your bank card to receive the refund depends on the internal policies and operating practices of your card-issuing bank. For any questions regarding when a refund will be credited to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
