Please visit the Shipping & Receiving page to find out how and when your XC Tools purchase will be delivered. Once your order has left our premises, actual delivery may be affected by a number of events beyond the control of XC and therefore XC cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
If we fail to deliver your product to you within 30 days of the date we send you an email or iMessage with shipping details, you may choose to cancel your order. We will only start processing payment once we have received all required information and you are required to pay in full.
For deferred payments, XC must receive your payment by the date shown in the email or iMessage stating the payment instructions, otherwise your order will be cancelled. For detailed information on paying for products purchased at XC, please consult the payments page.
Given that XC is responsible for the delivery of products purchased at Third parties.
Title to the product will transfer to you when the carrier picks up the product from our warehouse. At this point you will receive a shipping notification email. In addition to your personal signature, your family members or a third party designated by you sign for the product, or you instruct the carrier to place the product at the designated location, which will also be deemed as your signature and the product has been delivered. If you have any questions or issues with delivery, please contact XC for resolution.
